Why I Started This Company

Five years ago, I went through a divorce after 27 years of marriage. The process was challenging, but thankfully our kids were grown, so we didn’t have to deal with child custody. Now, I’m happily independent and in a healthy relationship, and my kids are doing well despite the logistics of having divorced parents.

During my divorce, I learned I had to pay alimony for six years and secure it with life insurance. The required coverage would decrease with each alimony payment. However, existing life insurance products didn’t match this need, requiring manual adjustments to avoid overpaying or leaving my ex-wife with an excessive payout.

After wishing for a better solution, I launched Divorce Term Life to help people like me. Our company aligns life insurance coverage with declining alimony or child support obligations, reducing both coverage and premiums over time.

Simply tell us the required amount, duration, and adjustment frequency (monthly or annually), and we’ll handle the rest. For example, if you need to pay $4,000 per month for five years, you’d apply for a $240,000 policy, and we’d adjust the coverage accordingly.

I’m proud to offer this service, hoping it provides relief and savings as you move forward in life.
